He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Swinger and Lillian Swinger. He is survived by: his wife Darla Swinger; his children, William (Amanda), Michael (Kelly) and Tracy (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Caylee, Madisyn, Mason and Reagan; and his siblings, Robert Swinger, Marie Danser Pauly and Vivian Eiker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
