She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Blackmer and Ruth Blackmer; and her siblings, Richard Blackmer and Bonnie Blackmer. She is survived by : her husband Clark McAvoy; her sons, Gregory and Jeffrey McAvoy; her sister Barbara Smith; and her grandchildren, Jack McAvoy, Juliet and Fiona McAvoy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
