She was predeceased by: her parents, Józef Blazejewski and Marjanna Blazejewski; her husband Joseph Capes; and her siblings, John Blazejewski, Irene O'Donnell and Lee Lugossy.
She is survived by: her brother Arthur Blazejewski; her children, Cathy Kohlmeyer (Bruce) and Joseph Capes II (Heather); her grandchildren, Justin Plymack (Betsy), Aaron Plymack (Julia), Joseph Capes III and Samantha Capes; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Lilly, Maeve and Werth. She is also survived by mother, and grandmother whose love and care for her family.
