He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Valichka and Elizabeth P. Valichka (Rowe); his brother William "Bill" Valichka Jr.; and his half-sister Shirley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tracie; and his son Tom Jr.. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
