He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Miriam L.; his children, Fernando L. Lugo, Wanda McLaughlin (Andrew), Almando Lugo (Arlene) and Lesley Mateo (Kris); and his siblings, Maria Rodriguez, Wilfredo Lugo, Hilda Lugo, Ramona Nieves and Luis Rodriguez. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
