He was predeceased by: his father Winfield Watts Sr.; his siblings, Carol D. McCants Jones, Catherine D Holmes, Peggy Watts, Ronald, Winfield Jr., Robert, Arnold, Allan, Raymond, Kenneth and Gerald; and also Rosalie Watts.
He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Watts, Edward and Oliver Watts; and his sisters-in-law, Ada and Charmaine Watts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
