He is survived by : his children, Alyssa and Taylor Smith; his stepdaughter Yvette Sitzlow; his grandchildren, Joseph Scott and Richie; his siblings, Sandra Depolis, Harry "Hank", Herman "Shorty" and Todd Smith; his aunt Audrey Kuni; and his nephew Shayne Smith.
