Gallagher (Howshall); her husband Ralph McCarthy; her children, Tim McCarthy (Susan), Bethanne McCarthy Patrick, Ralph McCarthy (Joanne) and Jim McCarthy (Lisa); and her siblings, Peggy Gallagher Krebser, Kathy Gallagher Hughes (Jim) and Bill Gallagher. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
