He is survived by : his parents, Joann Leaf of Woodbury and Daniel Leaf of Bridgeport; his sisters, Danielle Leaf of Bellmawr and Susan Alston of Arizona; and his grandmother Gladys Leaf Struzinski (Lee). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
