He was predeceased by: his father Gordon D. Galey; his mother-in-law Jane Brown; his grandparents, Howard, Margaret Hoover, Wayne and Gratia Galey; and his brother Duane Galey.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Brown); his children, Jennifer L. Rebyak (Tim), Daniel K. Galey Jr. (Courtney), Joshua K. Galey (Chelsea) and Ross A. Galey; his grandchildren, Timmy Rebyak Jr. (Kacie), Colton Rebyak (Taylor), Lily, Claire and Ruby Galey; his mother Barbara A. Galey; his siblings, Donny Galey (Trisha) and Sherri Layton (Jimmy); his siblings-in-law, Wally Brown (Cheri), Charlie Brown Sr. (Kathy) and Linda Matthews; his goddaughter Tracy L. Brown (Paris); and his nephew Kody S. Brown. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dan's memory can be sent to Sharptown UMC Church, 24 Church St., Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 for a trust that will be established for Ross.
