He was predeceased by: his father David A. Tomlin. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Y. Tomlin (Hogate); his wife Andrea N. Tomlin (Cicchetto); his sons, David A. and Anthony J.; his sister Dina J. White (Todd); and his nieces, Marissa and Gillian White. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
