She is survived by: her children, William Forker and Ursula Lasky (Frank); her sister Debra Davison (Ray); her grandchildren, Asia Mendoza (Kevin) and Kyle Lasky (Briella); and her great grandchildren, Sasha and Roy Mendoza.
