It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen E. Chance (Pennsville, New Jersey), who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Charlton and Sarah Charlton of Carneys Point. She is survived by : her children, Joseph Conrad, Lisa Conrad Pratta (Jeffrey Sparks) and Von Chance (Melinda Lovell); and her grandson Ayden Chance.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the following organization in support of the mentally ill.
