She is survived by: her husband Robert K Waters; her children, Karl Waters (Christine), Sydna Waters Hampton (Gary) and Kent Waters (Christy); her grandchildren, Collin Waters (Karly) and Haley Waters; and her great grandchildren, Parker Waters, Hayden Waters and Riley Hampton.
