He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Dean Marshall (Diane), Melanie Ayers (Clyde) and Daniel Snyder (Dawn); and his brother Dan Irwin. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and five great-great grandchildren.
