With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Richard Howard Jr. of Pennsville, New Jersey, who passed away on January 7, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howard and Elizabeth Howard; and his grandsons, Hunter and Hugh Howard. He is survived by: his close friend Diane Nelson; his children, Thomas Howard III (Lauren), Holly Smith (Spencer) and Monica Oakes (Christopher); his stepson Peter Chamberlain (Meghann); his grandchildren, Hannah Howard, Connor, Jack and Caroline Smith; his siblings, David (Melanie), John Howard and Elizabeth Blackard; and his siblings' child Richie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Home (64 Broad St, Woodstown, NJ 08098). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thomas's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
