It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles L Wittek (Pequannock, New Jersey), born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on January 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Rudolph Wittek and Mary (Sintal); his wife Joan (Duffy); and his siblings, Rudy, Tony, Joseph Wittek, Mary Siwilec, Elizabeth "Elsie" Jensen, Teresa "Tessie" Shmenco and Helen Lynch.

He is survived by : his daughter Ann Scrudato (Robert) of Stillwater, NJ; his grandchildren, Jill Musco (Shawn), Jaclyn Pappas (Vincent) and Lauren Everett (Jason); his sons, John Wittek (Maria) of Butler, NJ, Steve Wittek (Sue Winters) of Butler, NJ and Tom Wittek (Dawn) of West Milford, NJ.; his great grandchildren, Molly, Emelia, Connor Musco, Owen, Graham Pappas and Reid Everett; and his sister Florence Kinsley.
