It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wlodzimierz Tkacz of Pequannock, New Jersey, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping Wlodzimierz's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrzej Tkacz and Maria Tkacz. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Kuzemczak; his children, Dorothy Padko (Orest Padko) of Pequannock and Jaroslaw Tkacz (Douglas Gifford) of Boston, Massachusetts; and his grandchildren, Lauren Padko and Holly Padko of Pequannock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marrocco Memorial Chapel (470 Colfax Ave, Clifton, NJ 07013). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church (216 President St, Passaic, NJ 07055). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrew Cemetery (244 Main St, South Bound Brook, NJ 08880). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Andrew's Cemetery (244 Main St, South Bound Brook, NJ 08880).
