He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Petrick and Mary Petrick; his former wife Marie; and his siblings, Joseph, Rudolph, Frank, John, William Petrick, Julie Ferrari, Margaret Yaros and Mary Nagy.
He is survived by: his son William Petrick; his wife Stefanie; his daughter Joan Petrick Contess (Neil Contess); his grandchildren, Susan Contess, Anthony, Rose, Nicole and Katherine Petrick; his sister Ann Poznick; and his sibling's child Jerry Yaros.
