He was predeceased by: his wife Marie C. Biondo; his son James Biondo; his parents, Paul Biondo and Vitina Biondo; his brothers, Vincent, Joseph and Biagio Biondo; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Biondo, Bernice Biondo and Frank Jennetty.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Toreky of Milltown and Linda Ludwig (Kyle) of Point Pleasant; his grandchildren, Michael Toreky, Lauren, Lindsey Ludwig and James Biondo Jr.; his great grandchildren, Gage and Emma Biondo; his sisters, Rose Jennetty, Pauline Biondo of Perth Amboy and Antoinette Munro (Don) of Pensacola, Florida; and his sister-in-law Joan Biondo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
