He is survived by: his wife Lynette VanGeem Peterson; his former wife Audrey Peterson; his son David Arthur Peterson; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marie and Jerome David III; his daughter Jennifer Elaine Pompi (Eric Clemens); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Grace, Jackson Robert and Peyton Matthew.
