She was predeceased by: her parents, Ana Celia Vasquez and Irineo Vargas; her husband Milciades Caballero; and her siblings, Salvador, Gabriel Vargas and Stella Rodriguez.

She is survived by: her children, Peter Caballero, Mireya Kaiser, Myriam Wilson, Orlando Caballero, Lauren Bermudez and Nidia Mesevage; her grandchildren, Peter Joseph, Kelly Jean, Darin, Kelly-Marie, Melissa, Rebekah, Clara and Zack; her great grandchildren, JT, Frankie, Auggie, Sebbie and Andres; and her sister Ines Navarrete.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Blanca's memory.
