He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustin Briceno and Rosa Contreras. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Giannina Seaman (Richard) and Glenn Briceno (Jolene); his sister Augusta Valenzuela; his grandchildren, Autumn Perez, Serena Perez, Olivia Briceno and Jordan Briceno; and his great grandchild Natalia Biel-Perez. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made in Cesar's memory to the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey.
