She was predeceased by: her daughters, Marta Reyes Mendez and Magaly Reyes. She is survived by: her grandson Alexis Arreola; her children, Josefa Rodriguez, Elisa Reyes, Juanita Reyes, Migdalia Muniz, Jose Orlando Reyes, Maria Groze, Wanda Arreola and Grisel Perez; and her grandchildren, Raquel, Priscilla Muniz, Katherine and Nathaniel Perez.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to cancer research in Elisa's memory.
