He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Jean Mazurek; his parents, Mary Mazurek and Adolph 'Ace Mazurek; his brothers, Robert A. Mazurek and Eugene Mazurek; and his mother-in-law Jo Ann Badal.
He is survived by: his daughter Noelle Capri Mazurek; his sister Donna Butth; his nephews, Richard Rebeck and Michael Rebeck; and his sister-in-law Sharon Badal. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and supportive relatives.
