He is survived by: his wife Margarita Arlequin (Irizarry); his daughters, Betsy Zayas, Margarita Arlequin and Rachel Arlequin; and his grandchildren, Amanda Ortiz, Manuel Zayas, Justin Zayas and Brianna Zayas. He is also survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother.
