He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann (Kunzman) and Julio. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Polibio Diaz II and Samantha Rose Diaz; his sister Donna Maria Gilchrist (James); and his nieces, Julia, Allison, Valerie and Shelia.
