He was predeceased by: his parents, Galo Nogueras and Romana Nogueras; his wife Luz; and his son Luis, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Maria Pagan, Edgardo Nogueras (Medina), Geraldo Nogueras and Joseph Nogueras. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
