She was predeceased by: her parents, Marta Ortiz Padro and Luis Diaz Ventura; and her son Arcadio Rivera Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Arcadio Rivera; her children, Evelyn Rivera, Jose L. Rivera (Mildred) and Rachel Rivera (Michael Lopez); and her brother Ruben Diaz. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home (419 Barclay St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Jesus Parish (777 Cortlandt St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). An entombment was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens (US-1 North, Iselin, NJ 08830).
