He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zak and Helen Zak; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Zak. He is survived by: his son Michael D. Zak (Nicole); his grandchildren, Joseph, Alexandria and Michael Jr.; his brother Frank Zak; and his nephews, Timothy and Jeffrey.
