It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramon Guzman of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicasio Guzman and Matilde Guzman; his wife Rafaela Guzman; and his son Carlos Guzman. He is survived by: his children, Jose, Lorenzo, Teresa, Carmen, Maritza, Isabel, Marlin and Roque. He is also survived by grandchildren; and 36 beloved great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Asuncion Church (777 Cortlandt St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery (273-281 New Brunswick Ave, Fords, NJ 08861).
