He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Rosa (Medina); and his parents, Ulpiana Rosa (Ramos) and Antonio Rosa. He is survived by: his children, Arazelis O'Neill (Robert Dudash), Sonia Nieves, Minerva Rosa (Pablo Rosario), Nelson Rosa and Orlando Rosa (Michelle Rodriguez); and his grandchildren, Richard, Dylan, Inez, Jacqueline (Jaison), Jazlynn, Brandon, Marcel and Danny. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
