He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Prevoznak and Margaret "Marge" Prevoznak. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Prevoznak; his siblings, Karen (Jack Durando) and Leo (Carol Prevoznak); and his close friend Sam.
