It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Chabala of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, who passed away on September 20, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chabala of Perth Amboy; his children, Ronald J. Chabala (Luisa) of Woodbridge, Jill Peace (Paul) of Toms River and Karen Anderson of Edison; his grandchildren, Matthew, Shawn (Sarah), Nicole, Amy, Rhiannon and Krystyne; his great grandchildren, McKenzie and Shawn; and his sister Barbara Zudonyi of Edison.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863).
In Lieu of flowers, donations in Ronald's name may be made to the American Alzheimer's Association or the North Shore Animal League.
