She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Delisa Jr.; her parents, Chester Jankowski and Helen Jankowski; and her siblings, Eddie, Chet Jankowski, Vera Krok and Florence Jankowski.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel, Jason DeLisa, Michelle D'Agostino (Michael) and Kim Sambrowski (Joe); her sister Jean Festino (Rocco); her nephew Patrick Festino (Laura); and her grandchildren, Sarah, Christian D'Agostino and Joey Sambrowski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
