He is survived by: his wife Maria Loli Laties (Murillo); his children, Michael (Mary), William Laties, Jr. (Maria), Joseph (Michelle), James (Raquel), Felicia and Deborah; his grandchildren, Justin Nerney (Danielle), Christopher Nerney (Samantha), Matthew, Timothy Nerney, John Gulliford, Meghan, Ryan Laties, Carlos Perez, Stephanie Laties, Nicole and Taylor Laties; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Jordan Nerney; his siblings, Timothy (Lorrie McCormick) and Patricia (Walter Pelinski); and his sister-in-law Marie McCormick.
