She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Roberts and Martha B. Smith Deacon; her husband William Philhower; her son William Mark Philhower; and her stepfather James Deacon.
She is survived by: her children, David Roberts and Robin Philhower; her grandchildren, Krystle Liskowacki and Jimmy Piperato; her great grandchildren, Jenna Lynn Au, Alexis Nicole Au, Michael Hunter Liskowacki and Nathan William Liskowacki; and her siblings, James Deacon, Diane Deacon and Georgeann Steinmetz.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rupell Funeral Home (465 Memorial Pkwy, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865).
