He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kolenda and Stephanie Minarcik Kolenda. He is survived by: his wife Marie Monto Kolenda; his daughters, Laureen Gilbert (Scott Sr.) and Heather Mainhart (Mark); and his grandchildren, Raven Kolenda, Scotty Gilbert Jr. and Dylan Gilbert.
