He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward V. Allen and Elsie Allen (Briesch); and his siblings, Russell, Thomas, Margaret and Myrna.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Allen (Cowell); his children, Edward (Wendy) of Boynton Beach, FL, Robin (Daniel) of Pen Argyl, PA and Kim (Danielle) of Kennebunkport, ME; his grandchildren, Wade, Amy, Amanda, Forrest, Laurel and Lucas; and his great grandchildren, Beckett, Sawyer, Sage, Brock and Emory.
