It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth C. Riley of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Lambertville, New Jersey, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul F. Congilio and Catharine Campion Congilio; her son Daniel Waisenpacker; and her husband Daniel Riley. She is survived by : her children, Samuel Waisenpacker of Stockton, NJ and Andria Jo Lambert of Pensacola, FL; her grandchildren, Samuel Waisenpacker and Audra Lambert; and her great grandchildren, Matt Waisenpacker, Wyatt Lambert and Violet Rose Waisenpacker.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 201 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ 08822.
