She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McCormack and Blanche McCormack (Girard); and her siblings, Robert (Mary), Michael (Lyette), Katherine and Blanche Rogers (Robert).
She is survived by: her husband James Cyphers; her stepdaughters, Diane Amey (Rob), Kathleen Swantek (Len), Deborah Madona (Vince) and Karen Cyphers; her stepgrandchildren, Michael Amey and Kristen Swantek; and her sister Marianne Messit (Peter) of Saratoga, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
