She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred R. Bates and Maeon Bates (Smith); and her grandchild Ryan Decker. She is survived by: her mother-in-law Beatrice Decker; her husband Jay R. Decker of Phillipsburg; her children, Brad Decker (Cindy Winchell) of Tannersville, PA and Jan L. Decker (Robert Silvers) of Tewksbury, NJ; her brother Alfred R. Bates, II (late Pamela Bates) of Lopatcong, NJ.; her grandchildren, Matthew Decker, Briana Decker of Kutztown, PA and Jacqueline Silvers of Tewksbury, NJ; her great grandchild Logan Decker of Cummings, GA; her nieces, Rebecca Bates Matlock (John Matlock) of Harmony Twp, NJ, Lindsey Bates Caley (Andrew Caley) of Clarksville, TN and Emilie Bates Stoffel (Brian Stoffel) of Throop, PA.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyle, Rylie, Ryker Matlock, Tyler Caley, Payten and Nathan Stoffel.
