She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bernhardt and Theresa Bernhardt (Smith); her husband Charles T. Farley; her brother John Bernhardt (Florence); and her cousin Arthur Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, David C. Farley (Cindy) of Lopatcong Township and James M. Farley (Nancy) of Stewartsville, NJ; and her stepgranddaughters, Kelly Przygoda (Joe Conway, Jr.) and Kelsey Przygoda. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
