He is survived by: his wife Jamie Mack Entkos of Alpha; his stepson Justin Entkos; his siblings, Kelly Morris (Duane) of Martin's Creek, Christina Smith (Patrick) of Alpha, Nickcole Dehart Muller (Joe) of Easton and George Dehart; his nieces and nephews, Ryan Paff (Ashley), Alivia Dehart, Gavin Muller and Colin Smith; his great-nieces, Riley and Gabriella Paff; and his brother Anthony Villante (Lisa) of Easton.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the Garnet Booster Club Foundation, 602 Carpentersville Road, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 would be appreciated.
