He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rivoli and Anna Rose Rivoli (Limone); his sisters, Linda McCarthy and Lucille O'Rourke; his aunt Patricia Schlenger; and his cousins, Kevin and Robert Schlenger.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Rivoli (Fine); his daughters, Kristen Rivoli (Eunice Martinez) and Lisa Rivoli (Amanda "Max" Oduber); his sister AnnMarie Vasquez (Miguel); and his granddaughter Theodora Martinez-Rivoli. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
