He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry McIntosh and Mary Ennis McIntosh; and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Greenamoyer; his son Brian (Lynnette); his grandson Costner (Alli); his great grandchild Jude; his granddaughter Sierra (Mollie); and his daughter Erin (Jason Besz).
