He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smtih and Ethel Smtih (Force); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Frederick of Phillipsburg and Lorraine Wismer of Easton, PA; his grandsons, Zachary, Frank Wismer and Bradon Williams; and his brother Charles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home (289 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Northampton Memorial Shrine (3051 Green Pond Rd, Easton, PA 18045).
