Carroll of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Carroll and Owen Carroll; and his siblings, Eugene, Alice and Patricia.

He is survived by : his brother John Carroll; his wife Alice Carroll (Seamon); his children, Noreen Crowley (Robert), Mark Carroll (Deborah), Brian Carroll and Suzanne Holup (George); and his former life partner Joan Carroll. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
