With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Tuttle of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, born in Somerset, New Jersey, who passed away on July 16, 2023 at the age of 66. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sandra Tuttle to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Tuttle and Carol Tuttle (Silverthorn). She is survived by : her stepmother Bernadette Tuttle; her siblings, Michelle Armbrecht and George N. Armbrecht; and her aunts and uncles, Robert, June Silverthorn, Raymond and Elizabeth Tuttle. She is also survived by many loving cousins and dear friends.
