He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Benetsky and Anna Benetsky (Nazar); his wife Mary Benetsky (Moscotta); and his siblings, Michael, Walter, John, Katherine Puskaritz, Mary Kochenash and Olga Copping.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carole Frankenfield (John) of Bethlehem Township, PA, Stephanie Storm (Scott) of Bethlehem Township, PA and Sandy Comito (Dominic) of Easton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
